Custom Information

Ordinate allows the storage of additional custom information about a person, which can be either general or event-specific. This information appears in the Further Information section of the Overview Tab. Event-specific fields can be completed for each event separately.

Grouping and Permissions

Custom information can be grouped into logical sections to help organize related data. Permissions can also be configured per item, controlling who can view or edit the details. This allows precise control over sensitive information.

Examples of Custom Information

  • Billing Details: Whether expenses are assigned to a shared or individual account.
  • Logistics: Car pass or access requirements for the event.
  • Event Preferences: Custom fields for attendee preferences or special requests.

Configuration of these fields is managed by Ordinate Support and tailored to meet your organization’s needs.
