Reset a Forgotten Password

If you have forgotten your password, you can request a reset from the login page.

1. On the login page, click the Forgot password? link below the login form.

2. Enter the email address associated with your Ordinate account and click Send.

3. You will see a confirmation message: "Password reset email sent to [your email]".

4. Check your inbox for an email from Ordinate containing a temporary password.

5. Log in using the temporary password, then change it to something memorable via Settings > Change My Password (see Change Your Password).

If you do not receive the email, check your spam/junk folder. If you still cannot find it, contact your Ordinate administrator for assistance.
